Polyurethane

Polyurethane (PU) flooring is synthetic resin-based flooring made from polyurethane, a compound derived from the reaction between polyol and polymeric isocyanate. This synthetic resin floor excels in high-traffic areas due to its durability, slip resistance, and easy cleaning. PU repels chemicals and spills and even resists fading, making it cost-effective to maintain. Typically, PU flooring is used in different industries, such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, automotive, retail, and manufacturing.

Gruvthane HF (6mm – 9mm)

Gruvthane HF is a heavy-duty, PU resin screed flooring providing a durable, textured and matt-coloured finish.

Benefits:

High Chemical Resistant; protects against majority of acids used in manufacturing processes
Abrasion Resistant; hard-wearing to protect the substrate
Slip Resistant; provide a safe working environment
Temperature Resistant; resistant to extreme temperatures from -45’C to 120’C (at 9mm to 12mm)

Gruvthane MF (3mm)

Gruvthane MF is a polyurethane resin floor system with a smooth matt-coloured finish; it provides a hygienic floor finish for dry or semi-wet processing areas.

Abrasion Resistant; hard-wearing to protect the substrate

Gruvcoat PU

Gruvcoat PU is a polyurethane floor coating, hard wearing, UV light color stable in a smooth or anti-slip finish

Gruvthane MF AS

GRUVTHANE MF AS is flow applied, 3 components Urethane Anti-Static self-smoothing thermal shock ESD (Anti-static) polyurethane floor coatings. It is Seem less, high chemical resistance, slip resistance, heat resistance, conductive properties, and with matt finish.

Benefits:

High Chemical Resistance; protects environments from exposure to harsh chemicals or corrosive substances.
Slip Resistance; provides traction to reduce slip and fall risks, even on wet or sweaty surfaces.

Epoxy/anti-static

Epoxy/anti-static flooring is a specialised floor solution that provides both durability and protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is recommended for use in cleanrooms, laboratories, and other high-tech facilities. Its static dissipative properties effectively prevent damaging charges on the surface that could harm sensitive electronics.

Gruvshield SL (1mm – 2mm)

Gruvshield SL is a high gloss, self-smoothing epoxy flooring suitable for dry process areas and for medium to heavy traffic

Gruvclad PT

Gruvclad pt is a 4-10mm power-trowelled heavy-duty underlayment screed suitable to receive a variety of chemical-resistant, hard-wearing floor finishes. and as a moisture barrier.

Gruvshield ESD

Gruvshield ESD is a resin-based, self-smoothing epoxy conductive topping with thicknesses up to 1mm to 2mm. It is to protect electronic equipment from damage caused by electrostatic discharge and is suitable for use in areas where a durable, cleanable, chemically resistant floor surface is required without the attended risks of static buildup.

Car Park

Car park flooring is formulated using a polyurethane coating to provide waterproofing, easy maintenance, and aesthetic customisation. This specialised flooring can withstand vehicle weight and movement and resist damage from automotive fluids.
